PostgreSQL Conference Germany is a perfect opportunity for companies to reach out to users and developers of PostgreSQL, or to just give back to the community.

Our sponsorship program covers a wide range of levels, from economically priced to big scale. Outside of these levels, we are always interested in discussing options if you have an idea for a specific way you would like to sponsor the conference.

If you are interested in sponsoring the conference, you can sign up directly on the site. You'll be able to get the process started for all sponsorship levels there, and for Bronze and Silver you will be able to complete the whole process within minutes. And as always, if you have any questions or comments at all, please contact us!

PostgreSQL Europe does not call existing or potential sponsors by phone. Reachout to sponsors happens from pgconf.de or postgresql.eu email addresses. Any subject calling you and talking to you about sponsorships is most likely a scam.

VAT

PostgreSQL Europe has been VAT registered in France since 2016, all sponsorship invoices are subject to 20% VAT. For further information about VAT on our invoices, please see the VAT FAQ.

Platinum: €2500

Platinum sponsorship is limited to at most three sponsors on a first come first serve basis.

As a Platinum partner the Business will be entitled to the following promotional opportunities:

Permission for the Business to use the following endorsement: "Platinum Partner of PGConf.DE 2022"
Prominent inclusion of the Business' logo and a link to the Business' website on the official conference website. A 300 character long description can also be included with the logo
Contact details of attendees who opt-in to sharing information
Inclusion of three A4 or Letter sized pages of the Business' promotional material - optionally in a folder without bindings - in the conference packs for registered attendees
Inclusion of one or two small Business promotional giveaways in the conference packs for registered attendees such as a pen, USB memory stick or pin
Four free attendee passes for the conference
A desk in the exhibitors area of the conference
Selection of one 15 minute keynote talk to be presented at the conference. Title, abstract, and speaker name to be agreed with PostgreSQL Europe, prior to the end date of the general Call For Papers
The opportunity to include corporate signage up to a size of 2 metres high by 1 metre wide at the front of one lecture room as well as in the hacker lounge

Gold: €1250

Gold sponsorship is limited to at most five sponsors on a first come first serve basis.

As a Gold partner the Business will be entitled to the following promotional opportunities:

Bronze: €300

As a Bronze partner the Business will be entitled to the following promotional opportunities:

Inclusion of the Business' logo and a link to the Business' website on the official conference website
One free attendee passes for the conference

Cost for Bronze Partnership opportunities, as described above, is €300 excl. VAT. Additional donations are welcome.

Sponsor passes

Sponsor attendee passes are vouchers, and are only valid for payment of a registration. They still require registration and are subject to availability just like any other registration.
